These lentils are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. Red lentils are a great source of protein, iron and fibre and so versatile. Once cooked they can be mashed into roll fillings or formed into burgers.

Soybeans are most often transformed in other foods such as tempeh, tofu, miso, shoyu, soy milk or other food ingredients. However, cooked soybeans can also be used as an ingredient in soups, sauces and stews. Whole soybeans are an excellent source of protein and dietary fibre. Soy protein is the only vegetable with a complete protein.
Basmati is a variety of long, slender-grained aromatic rice which is traditionally from the Indian subcontinent. As of 2018-19, India exported to 65% of the overseas basmati rice market, while Pakistan accounted for the remainder.
Australian grown Certified Demeter Biodynamic Choice natural sultanas. Naturally sun-dried at Robinvale wines, growing grapes since 1976. Sultanas are fat-free, cholesterol-free and low in sodium. They are rich in antioxidants, and offer a good source of fibre. They also contain necessary vitamins and minerals, including iron, potassium, calcium, and certain B vitamins. Studies also show that the oleanolic acid found in sultanas and raisins help to promote good health. Our sultanas are a perfect complement to try mixed in baked goods, tossed with a fresh green salad or simply solo as a tasty snack.
