Contains Wheat, Gluten. Processed on the same line as products containing Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Milk & Soy.

Directions for Use

Rinse well. Add 1 cup of Bulghur Wheat to 1 1/2 cups of boiling water in a heat proof bowl or pot. Cover and leave to absorb for about 10-12 minutes. Drain any excess water. Fluff up with a fork and enjoy.
