Also known as ‘wholegrain’ flour. This is a stoneground wheat flour made from 100% ‘heritage’ heirloom hard wheat grain, retaining all the nutrients and flavour found in the bran and germ. Similar use to ‘Bakers’ flour but giving a much denser and chewier texture.

We use WILD Fermentation in all our vegetable ferments including our garlic paste. We prefer to rely on Mother Nature’s selection criteria to produce this traditional nourishing probiotic food.
Please note that unlike our RAW fermented veggies, other commercial shelf stableproducts (not refrigerated) have been pasteurised or heat treated when being packaged. This treatment kills ALL beneficial bacteria.
