Produced by the Lloyd family at Eden Valley Biodynamic Farm near Dumbleyung, Western Australia, this rye flour comes from a farming operation certified by Demeter since 1988. The family has a long-standing commitment to growing heirloom grain varieties using biodynamic farming methods that prioritise soil health, sustainability, and flavour.

Stoneground from whole rye grain, this flour has a protein content of approximately 12.5% and is well suited to baking rich, dark rye loaves with a hearty texture and distinctive character. Its robust flavour also makes it suitable for sourdough breads, specialty baking, and traditional European-style recipes.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
