At Ceres Organics we like our food pure and wholesome. That’s why our organic white sushi rice is grown by ‘working with nature’, using no chemical pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers.

This Japanese-style short grain polished rice is cultivated for it’s ‘sticky’ texture, giving it the unique ability to bind together. It forms the backbone of various sushi dishes, including sushi rolls, balls and bowls. The subtle sweetness and chewy texture of white sushi rice is also great in salads and other Asian inspired dishes.
