1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, or any food with short shelf life).
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item).
