Wholemeal Flours

Made from organically and sustainably grown grains of rye grass, Ceres RYE FLOUR has a distinctive taste, and is specifically used for rye and sourdough breads, which are generally darker and denser than other types of bread. It’s packed with natural goodness, including protein and dietary fibre. 

Also known as high protein flour or stoneground wholemeal bread flour.  Our 100% wholewheat flour has the full flavour of the whole grain and gives the consumer the benefit of the full range of vitamins and minerals contained in the grain.  It contains 100% of the whole wheat grain, including the bran and germ – nothing is removed.  It is excellent for hand bread making and heavier cakes like a fruitcake.
