Ceres Organics American Mustard uses a blend of yellow/white and oriental mustard varieties carefully ground with the addition of onion, black pepper, curry, cloves, nutmeg and finally turmeric which gives the mustard its yellow colour. Perfect to spread on a sandwich or dollop on a hotdog.

Ceres Organics Dijon Mustard is made using a careful selection of brown mustard seeds. The heat of the brown mustard is released giving Dijon mustard its unique quality. Over time this heat fades and it becomes a milder mustard, so if it is heat you love the jar should not be stored for too long. This is a classic mustard used in cooking or with a meat dish.
