Olive on our estate are pressed within hours of harvesting to ensure freshness and minimum possible free fatty acid levels. Our unique packaging is not only beautiful it ensures the oil is stored in oxygen free, light free environment. As the internal bag empties it collapses ensuring no air enters the package.
